The Challenge

The "Beyond the C" program offers significant financial incentives and support for clinics, but the barriers to entry were high. The program structure involves specific clinical audits, software requirements, and strict deadlines.

Information Overload

GPs couldn't quickly determine eligibility or the workload involved.

Obscure Incentives

Financial benefits and support grants were unclear or buried in text.

Resource Fragmentation

Critical forms, templates, and questionnaires were scattered or hard to find.

The New Beyond the C Design

The Solution

1. Simplified Program Structure

Restructured information architecture to answer the "Big Three" questions immediately: Eligibility, What's Involved, and Incentives.

Clear call to action with enrollment status and deadlines. Visuals describing the 4 pillars of the program, Enrollment Eligibility, and an FAQ section to answer questions for more context.

A structured list of everything a user needs to start, continue or complete the program. The design is based on user feedback to ensure it meets their needs and expectations.

2. SSO login & Portal

We built a secure, gated Member Area. Upon login, practices gain instant access to the complete operational "toolkit": clinical audit forms, patient questionnaires, and communication templates. This centralizes all documentation in one easy-to-find location.

3. A responsive experience for on-the-go users

Recognizing that many users access the site from mobile devices, we optimized the design for smaller screens. The mobile experience retains all core functionalities while ensuring quick access to critical information and resources.
